After you receive a shipping confirmation mail, you can go to the Track My Order link and enter your email and order number or tracking number to track your package.

Online Paid order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working day.

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered IndiaPost but can not guarantee the same. 

If your package has not been shipped, you can Email us your updated shipping address so we can update it in our system.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and is correct.

Use correct abbreviations and have spaced entered properly. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Keep calm. This usually happens when we are not able to capture your payment, in such cases your money will get reversed to your account with 2-3 days.

Return request must be placed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached (in case of damaged/wrong item received). If not reported, we will not issue replacements/refunds.. If you have received an incorrect or defective item or wish to return your product, please refer to https://returns.aftership.com/shoptheviral.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
